SpringHill Suites LaGuardia Parking Reviews

Location was good short drive to the airport. Facility was clean for a reasonable wait for the shuttle to leave. My problems were with the pick up at the airport. Called the phone on the card and was placed on hold. I was told the specific place to find the shuttle to walk out side to the right under the American sign. Walked a great distance from where we were to that exact location and waited 30 minutes watching every busvantaxi for our ride. When I called back I was told he was already there looking for us. There was a bit of an argumentattitude when I told her I was waiting exactly where I was sent but he wasnt there. He was parked further down at the other end of American and had never driven past us but I suspect he exited the ramp and pulled over to the curb at the very end of the terminal bypassing us and all the other people waiting. We then waited another 15 minutes for others but at least we were now out of the cold.

Great place to park if going to the airport. Dropping my car off was really easy. We waited a few minutes for the short ride to the airport. We waited a little while forPick.Up from the worstonly because of traffic . My car was ready for me as soon as I got back to the garage. I would absolutely use this service again.

They were quick to drop us off at airport and quick to pick up. Great service and I would highly recommend!

Takes longer than from other parking areas to leave for airport. I came early and the shuttle waited and stopped at Delta terminal even though everyone was going to United terminal.

Wow, everything was great! REALLY! Could not be better - easy to get to, courteous and picked us up with shuttle van in no time after we landed from our trip returning home.
Would refer and use anytime I go to LaGuardia.

My fiance and I needed to book offsite parking at LaGuardia last minute, and when we came across this website (which had the cheapest rates available) we were skeptical, but had to give it a try since we didn't have too many other options. We had a red eye flight out of LaGuardia to Dallas, so we arrived at Springhill Suites around 5 AM. From the second we pulled up, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made sure we were well informed on which shuttle to take and how to take the shuttle back upon our arrival back home to New York. The shuttle driver loaded our bags for us, left promptly and dropped us off at our terminal minutes later.

Upon arrival back to LaGuardia, we called the phone number we were given to be picked up by the shuttle. The woman, who answered the phone, was very helpful and asked us our ticket number to ensure our car was pulled up to the front door and waiting for us when we arrived. When we exited the airport, the shuttle was waiting for us exactly where they told us to go. Minutes later we were in our car and on our way. I can't say enough about how flawless our experience was. I will never park elsewhere when flying out of LaGuardia, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Very good service!! If I fly from Laguardia again, definitely will park my car at Springhill suites!
