Joe's Airport Parking Reviews

LAX > LAX Parking Reviews > Joe's Airport Parking Reviews
For my trip to Canada, Joe's Airport Parking at LAX was the simplest part, in both directions. Wait time for shuttles was about 10 minutes to and from the airport. Scanning the barcode to get out of the lot was a bit tedious, but otherwise the check-in and check-out procedures were quick and easy. I've already booked my reservation at Joe's for my next flight from LAX, next month. Like anything related to air travel, giving yourself a chunk of extra time helps take the stress out, even if it turns out you don't need the extra time.

The best parking I have ever had at LAX. Everything worked perfectly: wait time location courtesy amenities.

We didn't wait at all going to the airport or returning to the lot.

Lot was overbooked many cars stack parked but staff was friendly and helpful so everything was smooth and efficient.

Had a very good experience. Little or no waiting to and from LAX. Shuttle happened to come by while calling for pick up.Price was exactly as quoted. Would definitely use them again.FYI make reservations early this lot tends to be full quite often. I find getting in to the lot on 98th street easy less fast moving traffic. Can't miss the colorful parking structure from the outside.

Parking space is good. Should have detailed instructions for first timer.

Parking lot was so crowded I could barely get to valet lot. I waited so long to get picked up we took a hotel shuttle and walked to the lot. Horrible experience.

Waited an hour for the shuttle, called twice to the office. It wasn't until the third call that I was told to goto the lower level and stand under the hotel parking and not next to the parking shuttle sign on the upper level. Tried to get out of lot, receipt would not let me out. Valet had to open the gate for me.

The only issue that I noticed a presumed homeless man wandering around on level 5 and when I reported to an employee he wasnt concerned or seemed to act on it. I was just concerned for women heading to their cars alone may have a bad encounter with him.
