Very easy and simple. Shuttle was waiting when I pulled in to drop off the car at 4am. Upon pickup I waited about 5 minutes and then my car was at the entrance with the trunk lid open.

Overall good job and exactly does what you expect.

I thought for the additional fee of having my car under what management told me would be a covered area, it would be stored in a covered garage, not a carport. I think the area where they store the cars could have been a little nicer. It was dusty and rocky.

Our first time using a hotelrelated parking structureservice and we were pleasantly surprised experience was as advertised and price was reasonable. Don't intend to use LAX operated economy parking ever again as our last experience was horrible with jampacked infrequent shuttles.

I was worried about the wait time but the actual wait time was less than 5 minutes for both ways. I will park with Airport Center again.
