Shuttle could smell better. Facility should accept credit cards. Too many cars on the lot.

It was easier and less expensive to park the car for quick trip from FLL. Chose the lot by price but was extremely pleased with their service. The check in process was easy and the shuttle driver was waiting for us. It was maybe a 510 minute ride to the terminal. Getting to the lot when we returned was just as easy. When I took the phone off airplane mode I had a text from the lot making sure I had instructions for contacting them this was appreciated since weather was causing delays. Prompt pickup and return. Since it was late evening when we returned the driver got our car. Great service prompt friendly and efficient.

Courteous, efficient service - did not like finding there was a "service fee" to pay balance on site by a credit card.
