I felt as though there is a large discrepancy in what I purchased through a third party site and my experience on arrival. I purchased parking for self park and when I arrived I was told it is all valet and that my vehicle would be $8 per day more because of the size. I feel as though you should better reflect your product online and not trap people that are traveling. The pricing and options should be clearly stated on any site because for the pricing with surcharge I would have just gone to another place.
