Had to pay cash. Expected to be able to pay online with booking.

Driver was fantastic but they make you pay the balance in cash. It does not say this anywhere after booking on this site. The place was overpacked on arrival and frustrating. But the driver was great and the shuttle had a timely pickup. The price is pretty good too and like the automated pickup system. I just cannot use this site anymore for I don't carry a lot of cash and they took all the cash I was planning to use on my trip.

From check in to pulling out and heading home everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful I would use this facility again when needing parking for EWR airport.

The convenient location is a plus Customer service is excellent and the price is very fair. Unfortunately the pick up time from the Airport was 30 min. A little to long of a wait the car park is dusty but overall a great deal. I can recommend this facility.
