Employees were fast and efficient, minimal wait time for shuttles to and from airport. Very fair pricing. Will definitely use this parking garage again.

This place is good up until you need a ride back. The wait time can vary 25 to 40 minutes till a shuttle picks you up. If you call they say a shuttle is at terminal 1 and it will take more than 25 minutes till arrival. Getting to airport is great, leaving is horrible!

Convenient and quick - PLUS a good price!

Couldn't be happier. Very fast drop off and pick up. I was traveling with three children and tons of luggage - and was not certain just how it would all work, but it couldn't have been easier! Will definitely use them again!

I was kind of nervous because this was my first time parking at LAX as I usually have someone to drop me off. BUT this made everything so much easier. The staff was great. I waited about 5 minutes for a shuttle both at the airport and at the structure. It was overall a great experience

Our first time using 105 airport parking or South Bay parking. First of all its easy to access from 105 freeway. While trying to use the scanner employees are very helpful and even directed us where to park and they come to you and offer help. The bus driver help us with our luggage and so accommodating. They answered our phone call punctually and politely with a very good direction on our return. The guy on the parking office and the guy at the exit greeted us with a smile. I will definitely come back to park here again.

Pretty good option for parking near LAX at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Location is very good. You have to drive up 3 levels to the "self-park" section, then walk to elevator or stairs to get back down to the shuttle. Time to the terminal was good too. Pick-up time on return was very long. Shuttles from several other parking companies past my terminal 3 or 4 times before the first one from my lot arrived. The cashier had no record of my online reservation and deposit. I had to show my confirmation on my phone to get credit for my deposit.

Everything was very good! I recommend :)

The only negative thing is the wait time to be picked up at the airport. All other things were great.
