"Other parking lots had three to four shuttles picking up passengers while we all were waiting for the first shuttle from you. Then the poor driver had yo load MANY bags down a too narrow aisle bumping into all the seated passengers to get the bags yo the back and causing further time delay, instead of using the handicap ramp/door that was in back by the luggage rack which would have been a LOT easier AND faster. Time to get to my car (I was first stop in lot) was UNacceptably long and not worth the few dollars cheaper."
