"I made a reservation and pre paid and when we went to the window to check out, it took the lady several minutes to adjust the rate, so that the gate opens so we can leave. We had to scroll through several emails to find the email from 7 days ago from Econopark that had our confirmation number in it, which she needed. Why can't the system see that I made a reservation and I already paid, so we can alleviate this step? I can't believe I can't just provide my name and my reservation details are right there in the system. Sometimes, after a 6 hour flight and waiting for your luggage, you don't think to have an email from 7 days ago readily available all at 1am in the morning. There has to be an easier way."
