Lot was very easy to get to from NJ. Check-in was quick and painless, and the wait for the shuttle to airport was less than 5 mins. The ride was quick, the driver was courteous, and the shuttle bus was clean and safe.
When we arrived back at LGA, I simply called to give them my terminal info and the shuttle bus arrived within 2-3 mins of our wait outside. My only complaint: the driver seemed more concerned that he had been circling for 15 mins due to a miscommunication with a different passenger than he did with helping me (a single mom with a young child) with my bags (he didn't even bother getting out to help me with them), and then he then got into an argument with the other passenger. Very awkward. But the ride back to the lot was fine. My car was waiting for me when we arrived, and the check-out process was also quick and painless.
I'd definitely use this service again.

Had to wait at airport 30 minutes for pickup - not so good.

Have been parking at U-Save at JFK for the past couple of years and have always, always been very satisfied. This was our fist time parking with them at LaGuardia and our experience was just as positive. Highly recommend you!

Easy - pick up and car retrieval very fast, drivers are friendly efficient and helpful. Hassle free. Would definitely use U-Save parking again.
