My overall impression was that I had to wait for the shuttle bus which then proceeded to stop at all the wait stations, and then finally when on the way to the airport itself, stop by every terminal which made me afraid that I would be late for boarding.
Other than that, if I wasn't in a hurry, I'd say that it was alright. But I already experienced another parking system 3 weeks prior which was great compared with Premier. I had a shuttle waiting for me to park, I was the only person so I went straight to my terminal. On the way back, I called the number they gave me, my shuttle was waiting for me not far from Baggage Claim Area 1 and I went directly to my car. How could I have any complaints?

It is hard to find the location. The sign is very small and hard to see. The guy who opened the gate looked like someone forcefully made him come to work (no smile or nothing). When arrived called 3 times to give my ticket no. to keep the car ready to pick up, no one answered the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Extremely difficult to locate this parking facility. It is wedged between two other parking facilities. No large signs to distinguish it. Upon arrival at 5AM we parked our own car, kept the keys and proceeded to the shuttle stop. Waited only a few minutes for shuttle to arrive, driver was extremely rude and lazy. We struggled with our bags to get on this shuttle. Waited for 10 min for airport employees to arrive. Drove around various sites in airport and picked up more employees. Took about 25 minutes to get to the terminal. Again, rude driver, we struggled to get our suitcases off. No tip for him of course. On the other hand, our return trip was fabulous. Called number on the stub when we had our bags and shuttle arrived within minutes. Driver was friendly and courteous, helped with our bags. Stopped a few times to pick up other customers and a few airport employees. He got a tip from us. Got to car within 10 minutes of boarding shuttle. Car okay and off we drove. Not quite sure if I would use this location again.

Very impressed overall. I retired 5 years ago but traveled extensively during my career and used various airport parking services, many costing at least twice as much as CheapAirportParking.org. I was initially somewhat reluctant to use you as I was concerned for the overall quality of the experience but was pleasantly surprised at all factors regarding this trip. We will definitely use you again in the future.

My car was damaged while in the Premier Airport Parking lot. The driver's side doors and rear fender were badly "keyed" or scratched. I spoke to the attendant, who had me fill out a claim form and promised a response within a few days. I never heard back from the company. When I called, I was again told that I would be contacted. After again waiting, I called and spoke to a supervisor who said the company takes no responsibility for damages to cars while they are in its lot. So why was I instructed to fill out the form? Now my own insurance will have to cover the repairs, and I will have to pay a sizeable deductible, making my four-night stay at Premier Airport Parking very expensive. I will never park there again.
